3.2 License Granted to Cerevyny
By submitting content to the platform, you grant Cerevyny a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the services you have requested. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, subject to any retention obligations required by law or stated in our Privacy Policy.
3.3 Your Representations
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

6. Copyright Infringement Claims
6.1 Reporting Infringement

6.3 Repeat Infringers
Cerevyny reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
7. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide Cerevyny with feedback, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations regarding the platform or services, you assign to Cerevyny all rights in such feedback and agree that Cerevyny may use, disclose, reproduce, and otherwise exploit such feedback freely and without restriction, without any obligation of confidentiality, attribution, or compensation to you.
8. Confidential Information
Any non-public technical, commercial, or operational information disclosed by either party in connection with the services shall be treated as confidential. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or use confidential information of Cerevyny for any purpose outside the scope of your authorized use of the platform.
9. Enforcement
Cerevyny actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property and will pursue all available legal remedies in the event of infringement. This includes seeking injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs where appropriate.
